How to Manage Your Subscriptions

When you start a subscription, you’ll receive an email prompting you to create a Rumble account, if you don’t already have one. (Didn’t get the email? No problem! Just create an account here.)

We’ll also email you three days before every Rumble shipment, so you’ll have time to modify your delivery if needed. 

To manage or review your subscriptions, simply login by looking for the account icon in our menu. 

Once logged in, click ‘Manage Subscriptions’ (under your name). 

You’ll see a list of your active subscriptions with the next shipment dates. To skip, change, or cancel a subscription, click the ‘Edit’ button. 

From the Subscription Detail page, you can change the date of your next shipment, change your order frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days), or add-on more Rumble.

To skip the next shipment - scroll down and click the ‘Skip Shipment’ button. (To skip a future shipment, select the ‘Delivery Schedule’ tab in the menu, and find the delivery you’d like to skip. Click ‘Edit’ then ‘Skip Shipment’.)

To cancel a subscription - scroll down to the bottom of the Subscription Detail page and click ‘Cancel Subscription.’

Note: if you started your subscription less than three months ago, you won't be able to cancel it yourself through your account. Instead, email and we'll cancel it for you ASAP!

If you need to change your shipping address or billing information, there are tabs in the Subscription Menu that will help you do just that.
